Graduate Construction Project ManagerLocation: Travel Nationwide (based in Birmingham)Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annumPertemps presents an exceptional opportunity for a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our client in central Birmingham. Specialising in a diverse range of construction projects nationwide, including Industrial, Commercial & hotel and leisure refurbishments, we are seeking an ambitious individual ready to embark on a rewarding career journey with plenty of opportunity for progression.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee various Construction & refurbishment projects across the UK.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to discuss project updates.
  • Manage tender contracts and engage in Contract Administration duties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction or related field (RICS accredited preferred).
  • Membership of, or working towards, a Construction-based subscription (RICS).
  • Previous experience in Construction project Management in either industrial or commercial sectors preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and possess own transport.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Enthusiastic about professional development and career progression.
