Bells Food Group is a renowned name in the bakery industry, known for our commitment to quality, tradition, and excellence. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Experienced Bakery Production Supervisor to join our team at our Shotts facility.

The Role:
As a Bakery Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, continuous improvement and compliance with food safety standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily targets
✅ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
✅ Monitor production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal downtime
✅ Train, motivate, and develop production staff to maintain high standards
✅ Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
✅ Liaise with different departments, including Quality and Maintenance, to resolve any production issues

About You:
🔹 Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a bakery or food manufacturing environment
🔹 Strong leadership and people management skills
🔹 Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.)
🔹 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:00, Friday 06:00 - 13:00

Overtime: paid at x1.5 after 39 hours Monday - Friday and x2 for weekends
