We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Production Line Leader to join our team in Woodston, Peterborough. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute to the production of prepacked goods, maintain exceptional hygiene standards, and drive efficiency across our operations.

As a key player in our business, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and maintain the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Lead the Way: Coordinate production operators, ensuring seamless line start-ups, efficient clean-downs, and quality inspections for both inbound and finished products.
• Drive Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and help us achieve our production targets.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with various departments to streamline operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, contributing to a safe and productive environment.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact. Your experience and skills should include:

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities to lead teams effectively.
• A passion for maintaining high standards in production and hygiene.

• Food Hygiene Level 2 and HSE Level 1 certifications.
• Experience with moving and handling goods.
• Familiarity with equipment and machinery (don’t worry – we’ll provide in-house training!).
