COURSE ACCOUNT MANAGER – GRIMSBY – CIRCA £24,000 - £30,000 + BONUS & BENEFITS

Post of :Course Account Manager    

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Office base:Grimsby Area

Salary: Circa £24k-30k basic per annum subject to experience

£ Extra: High on Target Bonus Scheme

Hours:37.5 hours per week to Monday to Friday.

Course Account Managersought for our client who is a well-established and leading national training provider offering training courses to the private and public sector.

Due to their continued success and growth they now require a Course Account Manager.

Role: The role requires a high degree of administration to be undertaken and includes direct sales and in-house sales.  There is no cold calling, and this is not a telesales role.

Dealing with all enquires relating to our clients online accredited courses. Inbound Enquires will come direct from their website and social platforms. Enquires are UK based and international individuals including corporate clients. 

The specific tasks associated with this role as follows: -

• Contact online enquires
• Chat online to potential customers
• Create and assist in email campaigns
• Advise customers from in bound calls
• Taking orders and generating relevant paperwork
• Actively utilise LinkedIn and other Business Social Media
• Assist customers with their learning accounts
• Attend business expo weekends

It is therefore essential that the post holder possesses the following:

• Excellent sales background with 3 years minimum experience
• Sales Experience in higher valued products
• Ability to show sales records
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent IT and administration skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Business 365
• Outgoing personality and good sense of humour
