Graduate Quality Technician

This role of a Graduate Quality Technician is to join the Quality Department to support their growing needs as they grow as a business and are working to new and higher quality standards. We would train you in all the welding requirements, general inspection, ISO qualifications and auditing. This role has no limits on what can and can't be done.

Preference:

* Some knowledge of inspection processes and equipment.

* Knowledge of ISO standards

* Proactive attitude

* Good team player

* Likes to be challenged

Specific Training will be supplied when required for ISO standards etc. I.e 14001. 9001, basically anything that will grow the individual and help to strengthen the business.

Training of the basic inspection processes and day to day quality requirements will be given.

After a 3-month probation period we would propose to have a succession plan to enable you to develop within your role in line with your ability and level of effort and positive can-do attitude. Throughout the probation period, we will have a monthly sit down to see how you are and how things are going to make sure you're being supported and being given the opportunity to develop within the role.

Hour 37 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm and Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
