My client is looking for a Group Project Coordinator to join their team, this will suit someone who has previous project experience and is confident with technical platforms. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, creative, practical, and analytical individual to join us fulfilling a key role within our business which is pivotal to the effectiveness of our internal processes, general daily operations and ongoing expansion.

Duties:
• Working closely with our 'in house’ Marketing team, the Group Project Co-ordinator will consult with all third-party software providers whose products we have integrated into our business.
• Consulting with representatives of Integrated Interest, our E-Commerce platform provider to ensure consistent performance of the product
• Reviewing potential enhancements
• Monitoring and maintaining performance of our internal software platform Reapit
• Managing our DocuSign account
• Manager to review performance and any potential enhancements
• Co-ordinating the effective onboarding of new employees from a technology perspective
• Monitoring performance of 8 x 8, our internal telephone system and implementing any changes required in consultation with the provider
• Involvement in our internal reporting platform,
