We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join a Engineering and Design team in South Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and leading engineering design projects.

Description

Coordinate engineering projects from concept to completion
Develop and implement engineering strategies
Conducting project reviews and inspections to quality standards
Cooperate with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Profile

A degree in Engineering or related field

Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent project management skills

Experience of a 3D CAD package such as SolidWorks / Inventor is an advantage

Working knowledge of MathCAD would be beneficial, as would a knowledge of Finite Element Analysis Sound knowledge of engineering principles and best practices

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
