Job Title: Maintenance Manager £50,000

Location: E&R Yorkshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Company Overview: Our client is a leading food manufacturing business dedicated to delivering high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards in food safety, health, and safety. They are currently seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to assist in delivering the Asset Care Plan and providing world-class engineering support to the site.

Job Purpose: The Maintenance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the site's equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves pre-planning and preparing work orders, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Engineering Maintenance (REM) activities, and fostering a cost-driven culture that aims to design out repeat failures, maximise efficiencies, and uphold strict food safety and health and safety standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a maintenance or engineering function.

* Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of CMMS systems and their role in improving site performance.

* Proven ability to lead RCA and REM activities.

* Project management experience, particularly in cost-saving and continuous improvement projects.

* Excellent contractor management skills.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety and food safety regulations.

Salary - £47,500 - £50,000
