Are you an immediately available Finance Assistant?

I am looking for a Finance Assistant to join a business in Chelmsford, for an initial 3-month temporary role.

This will help them with a busy workload and help to catch up in the department. However, there could be potential for further opportunity.

You would be in the office 5 days a week.

The role

Bookkeeping - booking in journal entries
Bank reconciliation
Petty cash
Analysis of data from the general ledger for reporting
General administration across the function, including assisting with managing emails across the central Finance inboxesYou must:

Be immediate
Have previous experience within a similar role to hit the ground running
Previous purchase ledger experience
Have used an accountancy package
Able to work as part of a team or individual
Have excellent communication skills
