The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role within a dynamic team of 12 professionals, contributing to a diverse portfolio of exciting projects. These include student accommodation, private residential schemes, commercial banks, leisure developments, and the restoration of heritage-listed buildings.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that blends traditional Quantity Surveying with wider project responsibilities, including Employer's Agent and Contract Administration duties. The consultancy places a strong emphasis on career development and succession planning, with a clear and achievable route to Associate and even Equity Partner for those ready to step into leadership.

You'll work alongside seasoned industry experts in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that encourages innovation, autonomy, and long-term growth. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS qualified
• UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Employers' Agent experience is highly desirable
