Our client is seeking a Sales/BD Manager to join their team based in Namibia.
Participate actively to budgets preparation along with the CM.
Deliver the sales target GP minimum as budgeted.
Build a good customer portfolio with regular and consistent basis.
Ensure a good customer service and customer follow up to prevent business leakages.
Identify, pursue and land new customers to ensure company's growth.
Commercial representation of the company in the country and in network meetings.
Adhere to organizational policies including credit terms and onboarding of customers.
Any other business development and sales related activities.
