Activus Recruitment is assisting our client in Kintore, Aberdeenshire, in recruiting an Assembly Operator to support the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of filtration consumables. This is a Permanent role with a local, reliable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble and pack filtration consumables, ensuring high-quality production.

* Operate manual and automated machinery safely.

* Perform in-process inspections and maintain compliance with quality standards.

* Work efficiently within a production team to meet deadlines.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety procedures.

* Assist with stock control and general workshop duties as required.

Requirements:

* This is a repetitive, manual role where you will be on your feet all day.

* No formal qualifications are required; relevant industry knowledge is beneficial.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

* Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

* Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.

Hours & Benefits:

* Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am 4:30 pm | Friday: 7:30 am 4:00 pm

* Overtime available (mornings only).

* 2 weeks off over Christmas & New Year.
