Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of eight engineers, fostering a high-performance culture

* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency

* Work closely with other departments to improve operational performance

* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity

* Strong engineering background, either mechanical or multi-skilled

* Leadership experience in a maintenance environment

* A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset

* Relevant qualifications or extensive industry experience
