Hours: This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 1950 hours per year. You'll be required to work weekends on a rota.

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll join the Kitchen Team of 12 working closely with them and the Assistant Manager. You'll also manage around 8 - 10 people.
