We are seeking a passionate and driven Director of Clinical Services to join our team in Nottingham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the Role

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic treatment for individuals with complex mental health needs. In the absence of the Hospital Director, you'll step in to oversee operations and maintain seamless service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Driving compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.

* Enhancing nursing services and contributing to the continuous development of care practices.

* Monitoring and delivering against key performance indicators.

* Promoting a culture of empowerment, innovation, and excellence.

What We're Looking For

* NMC registration (Nursing & Midwifery Council).
