Responsibilities:* Conduct detailed financial analysis and review of company financial statements, forecasts, and other relevant documents.* Assist in identifying key financial and operational risks and opportunities during due diligence processes.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and data for analysis.* Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.* Support senior management in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations based on due diligence findings.* Contribute to the development and enhancement of due diligence methodologies, tools, and best practices.* Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial due diligence.Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.* Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
