We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in Dundee.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all trades involved in the refurbishment

- Report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager

- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements:

- Proven experience in refurbishment projects

- Client-facing experience is essential

- Previous work with a main contractor is preferred

- Joinery background is highly desirable

- Valid SMSTS certification

£260 per day
