Regional Splicing Sales Manager

Location: Home based x 1 day and Field based x 4 days covering the Midlands, including Wales and East Anglia. You will also be required, for over seas events and exhibitions. Salary: £55,000 - progressive depending on experience and length of time, in the industry. Hours Full-Time, Permanent - Choose what works for you, between the hours of 8-6pm! Company car - Provided after 6 months' probation, a pool car is provided prior to this period.Expenses paid, company credit card and accommodation provided for stay overs.Company bonus shared amongst eligible staff - Based on company revenue.  Additional benefits:-Life insurance - single cover-Health Cash plan - on dental/ eye care/ physio/ health screens/ diagnostics/ counselling (covers up to 4 children also) -Group income protection (after 26 weeks employment)-Group life insurance 8x salary -25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays)-Buy/ sell holiday scheme - up to 5 days per year.-Pension 6% employer 3% Employee contribution.  About You:If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the splicing industry, with the ability to build and maintain long lasting clients, within the telecom and communications sector, the position offers a varied and fast paced working environment, where building relationships with C-suite level clients and Stake holders are key.Proven track record in fibre optic, cabling/ splicing sales, preferably within or related to technical telecom industries.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are a must, with the ability to demonstrate and understand splicing equipment and cleavers. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of splicing technology and its applications is essential.Willingness to travel within the requested region as required and internationally on business requirement. About them.Our client is a multinational company who is at the top of their game, with the splicing equipment that they manufacture and provide. Everpool, are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their regional team. Looking after the entire midland's region. Working closely with the South and North Regional Managers. The Role:As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated region, regularly visiting customers face to face and being a part of their development and ongoing network projects. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded for the splicing technology, you will upsell, cross sell and uncover future projects and client needs to grow company revenue. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maintain existing customer relationships.

    • To provide time sensitive MI reports and data analysis.
    • Identify and engage with prospective clients, building long-term relationships and understanding their specific needs.
    • To provide budget & forecasts for responsibility.
    • To support with work required around tenders, costings, suppliers, materials etc.
    • To support fusion splicing seminar day as & when required
    • To provide back up support to UK and European business as and when required.
    • To attend over seas events and conferences as and when required.
    • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, working closely with the technical and operational divisions of the business.
    • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management. Using the SAGE/Salesforce.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote splicing solutions and equipment.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to inform sales strategies.
 System knowledge and essential requirements for the role: A valid UK driving licence is essential.
