Job Description - Cover Supervisor
Salary: Fringe Scale H, Points 10-14 (£26,234 - £28,023 per annum, full-time equivalent; £19,774 - £21,123 p.a. actual salary)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Term Time only + 4 Inset Days
Location: Bracknell

This role includes supervising students, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise students during learning activities when teachers are absent.
Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain well-behaved.
Address immediate problems or emergencies following school policies.
Report on tasks, student behaviour, and any arising issues using the school's referral procedures.
Participate in relevant staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Comply with and contribute to the development of school policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, equal opportunities, confidentiality, and data protection.
Adapt learning materials and support to meet the needs of individual students, helping them learn effectively.
