Are you an experienced Estimator with a strong network and deep industry knowledge across civils, infrastructure, highways, water, and building projects? Looking to step into a permanent role with a respected contractor delivering major schemes across the UK?
We're working with a leading contractor that's expanding their pre-construction team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to take the lead on complex projects across multiple sectors, with full support from a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role:
As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of the bid process - developing accurate, competitive, and innovative cost plans and tenders. Working closely with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in shaping commercially sound solutions that win work and drive growth.
This is more than just pricing - it's about bringing market intelligence, understanding risk, and adding strategic value.

What we're looking for:
·Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
·Strong background with Tier 2 contractors
·Broad sector exposure - including civils
·Commercially sharp with a strategic mindset
·Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills
·Proven ability to price complex schemes and influence bid outcomes
·A solid industry network you can leverage to add value to pre-construction efforts
