Are you a dedicated educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic **Supply Teachers** to join our team in Colchester for day-to-day cover.

Position: Day-to-Day Supply Teacher

Location: Colchester, Essex

Pay: £130 - £140 per day (based on experience and qualifications)

Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM (standard school hours)

Contract: Flexible - work on the days that suit you. Potential long-term bookings with enhanced rates for those with subject specialisms.

About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will cover lessons across various subjects, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher. This role offers the chance to work in different schools across Colchester while maintaining the flexibility to choose when you want to work. There are also potential long-term bookings for teachers with specific subject expertise.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced Educator: Previous classroom experience is essential, along with a relevant degree.

- Flexible and Adaptable: Ideal for those who want control over their schedule, with the option for longer-term roles in your specialist subject.

- Strong Classroom Management: You'll need the ability to keep students engaged and maintain discipline.

- Qualifications: A degree is essential, and while QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable, it is not a requirement if you have relevant teaching experience.
