The Opportunity
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with expertise in electrification and hybridization to join a dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing new hybrid and electric-powered mobile equipment, validating design changes, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Be able to guide Electric Magnetic Compatibility to ensure standards are EMC compliant.
Design and integrate systems for hybrid and electric-powered equipment, including micro-controllers, sensors, motors, and electrical harnesses.
Develop specifications and explore new energy sources, such as lithium batteries.
Support engineering project timelines and validation plans.
Document test issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
Investigate and file patent disclosures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Experience in electrification and hybridization of mobile equipment.
Knowledge of system architecture, EMC compliance, and component selection.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CAD 3D packages, Matlab/Simulink, FEA, and LabView is a plus.
Full driving license.
