Sheridan ward is delighted to be recruiting for one of our fabulous clients based in Twickenham, they are on the lookout for a new Facilities Manager!

They are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, as well as someone who has experience managing a team!

They are also looking for someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as someone who is an organised individual!

Do you have a qualification in NEEBOSH or IOSH? Do you have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload?

This is a MAT cover contract role, and they are looking for someone who can start sooner rather than later!!

Facilities Manager Duties:

• Scheduling and creating agendas for meetings
• Updating all health and safety policies and risk assessments
• Actioning any safety recommendations from insures or local authorities
• Liaising with other internal departments
• Conducting health and safety inductions for new starts and visitors
• Arranging external training courses when needed
• Overseeing building management requirements
• Overseeing the reception area
