My client is a Series A start up who provide an AI-powered HR tech platform. To date, they have raised $20 million in VC funding from some of the biggest names in tech and were part of the Y Combinator program in 2021.
Their Customer Success team is responsible for providing exceptional experiences to their customers to ensure they can optimise their time and effort for what's really needed - the employees. If you truly enjoy working in a start up environment and have ideally have a background in People Ops, HR or FinTech this could be a great fit for you.
About you
- Genuinely passionate about helping customers and colleagues succeed and thrive, fostering a culture of mutual support and collaboration
- Commercial acumen and experience managing the entire end to end renewals process
- Strong background in supporting customers with product adoption in SaaS environments
- Comfortable working with large data sets, analysing trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that improve customer outcomes
- Enjoys discovering each customer’s unique use cases, goals, and challenges, and aligning them with best practices and innovative solutions
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge
- Confident collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, celebrate milestones, and share success stories that amplify customer advocacy
- A passion for HR technology and are excited about the possibilities it offers for transforming workplace culture and operations
In addition there is commission of up to 20% of base salary
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their London office
