They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Job

* You are will be over looking disrepairs on a daily basis

* Expected to work at various properties, handling complaints.

* You will be required to work a 39 hour week. 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on a friday.

The candidate they are looking for must have

* Experience in Social housing - Disrepairs

* Experience working with tenants and complaints.

* Willing to travel throughout the day if required

* SMSTS

* CSCS card
