Forest School Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £27,000
40 hours per week

Our client is looking for a Forest School Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team and help create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where children can explore and thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a nursery that prioritises the natural world, providing children with hands-on learning experiences in beautiful outdoor settings. If you love being outside, have a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or above
- Experience: Experience working with children within the early years, ideally in a forest school or outdoor setting.
- Knowledge: An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its application in practice.
- Creativity: Ability to use a range of creative and innovative approaches to stimulate and engage children in their learning.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Outdoor Passion: A genuine passion for the natural world and a willingness to spend the majority of the day outdoors, supporting children’s learning in nature.
