• Produce management accounts, reporting on P&L, budgets, balance sheets and cashflow
• Lead and develop a small finance team
• Support strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level
• Strengthen financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Analyse actuals and provide insights on variances to key stakeholders

What you will need:

• To be qualified, part-qualified or a finalist in ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Head of Finance / Finance Director
• A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership and drive improvements
