Ottolenghi Richmond - Head Chef

Ottolenghi’s newest addition is the beautiful Ottolenghi Richmond and we are now looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our passionate back of house management team.

As Head Chef atOttolenghi Richmond, you will be:

• Generous, kind and dedicated. At Ottolenghi Richmond, we treat each other as we do our guests
• Overseeing the kitchen operations of our restaurant and/or deli
• Passionate for food, a creative flair, and a strong track record of managing kitchen teams and delivering high-quality food
• Developing and designing menus with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s concept and values, incorporating seasonal ingredients
• Recruiting, training and developing the kitchen team, including the monitoring of performance, coaching, and giving feedback
