* Hands-on experience with mechanical fitting / assembly of machine components

* Team leadership experience in a similar role within manufacturing

* SME 'doer' mentality - whilst it's an international manufacturing business, this is an agile, growing and highly profitable SME

* Apprentice trained in mechanical engineering
