Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit Packing Team Leader to join the team.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the for team, and allocate workload, to ensure the daily quota of product is packed in time ready for dispatch.
• Working closely with Production Manager, and internal department supervisors
• Ensure that all products are packed to company quality standards and checks are carried out for any defects.

What you will need to succeed:

• Effective Team Leading/Supervisory experience, preferably in production / manufacturing.
• Excellent Organisation and planning skills.
• Previous experience with shopify and shipstation is highly desirable.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead, train and delegate.
• Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

What you will receive in return:

• £28,000 to £31,000 per annum DOE
• Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00AM to 1700PM
