We are working with a desirable and welcoming three form entry primary school in Kensington and Chelsea to find their new Year 3 Teacher starting from January 2025.
The role As an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher, you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfill their individual potential. You will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum, with the aid of a friendly and encouraging team.
The ideal candidate The school believes the quality of staff is crucial to pupils’ success and therefore you must have the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Have relevant teaching experience
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and student success
