Maintenance Joiner

Durham 

£22.20 per hour CIS

2 Months Minimum

38.75 hours

Our client is looking for a joiner to join their estates department based in Durham. 

The Role

You will be required to join the estates department and undertake planned maintenance

Duties Include:-

Joinery repairs
Door Ironmongery( door closures, locks, fittings etc..)
Flooring
Roof repairs
Furniture & equipment assembly and repair
Window repairs & replacements
Periodic inspection of fire doors, panic bars
Installation and fixing of all types of ceilings
The Person

You must be times served NVQ level 3 
You must have maintenance experience
Clean UK Driving licence 
Standard DBS required
