BRAND NEW CARE HOME- URGENT REQUIREMENT

As the Clinical Deputy Manager you will be a key member of the management team and play an integral part of the home.

You will support the Home Manager, completing team member rota’s, annual leave, training allocation and attendance records. You will lead the clinical team, liaise with local authorities, social services and undertake clinical assessments. You will also complete the daily leadership report and attend operational review meetings.

You will establish good relationships with people who live in the home, their friends, family, and team members. We ask that you support and advise the team members within the home during working hours as well as during out of hours via on call arrangements.

You will also take responsibility for the service during periods of absence of the Home Manager It is vital that you hold a valid NMC pin and are a qualified Registered General Nurse / Mental Health Nurse and have worked within a Nursing Home setting.
