Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager - Leading Tier 1 Contractor

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team with a leading Tier 1 contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take the commercial lead responsibility for a major M&E sub-contract package within a high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of the M&E sub-contract package, managing all commercial aspects from procurement through to final account.

* Ensure effective cost management, forecasting, and budget control for the project.

* Lead on contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to drive project success.

* Provide clear and accurate financial reports to senior management.

Ideal Candidate:

* Extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager on major projects.

* Proven track record working on commercial projects, including office developments, shell & core packages, or similar.

* Strong understanding of M&E sub-contracting processes and procedures.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
