What will you be doing?
• You will be implementing the delivery of early careers,
• Overseeing workforce planning,
• Managing the apprentices, interns and graduates,
• Managing the training programmes,
• Supporting the L&D coordinators.

What you'll need:
• Level 3 Diploma in Learning & Development/HR equivalent,
• Experience managing educational qualifications including apprenticeships and graduate programmes,
• Good communication & organisational skills.
