V7 Recruitment are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading National Utilities company who work on all variety of projects within the industry and our now looking to take someone on to cover a commercial portfolio across the North West.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £50,000 with excellent progression opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

* Happy to work on sites across the North West

* RICS qualification or similar

* Ambitious with the desire to help grow the contractor's presence in the region

* Strong management skills

Duties will include:

* Client communication and negotiation

* NEC4 conduct rules, ethics and professional practice

* NEC4 conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution procedures

* Data Management

* Health and safety appreciation

* Sustainability management

* Teamworking

* Subcontractor, contract management
