Commercial Manager - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Location: London, Hybrid Working

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 (Basic Salary) + Car Allowance, Bonus & a market leading benefits package.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Leadership & Oversight:
Manage commercial activities across a portfolio of projects, guiding and mentoring Assistant/Quantity Surveyors to achieve their best performance.

* Financial Management:
Take ownership of budgets, oversee Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) processes, and act as the primary point of contact for client commercial matters.

* Strategic Contribution:
Represent the commercial function in tender adjudications and monthly Contract Review Meetings (CRMs), working closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Procurement Support:
Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials at competitive prices, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.

* Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, consultants, and supply chain stakeholders to foster trust and drive mutual success.
