Harnham is excited to bring you a new opportunity to work with one of Europe's fastest-growing and most talked about eCommerce brands, who are currently looking for support from a Product Analyst on a customer journey optimisation project.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights on the eCommerce site and app's customer journey. This will involve:

• Running A/B tests, incrementality and utilising amplitude
• Querying their Big Query database (SQL)
• Utilising Python for data extraction, manipulation and modelling
• Liaising with Product Managers to understand their vision for their product and running projects to support them in shaping that vision and bringing it to reality.
• Building dashboards and reports in Tableau to highlight key customer metrics

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Product Analyst will have the following:

• Experience working in product analytics, ideally within an eCommerce or Web/App-first business
• Strong SQL skills with exposure to Big Query
• Statistical background with experience running A/B tests (MVT, AB, Test & Learn, etc)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Python is desirable, as is DBT, Amplitude (or similar).
