Recognised in Chambers UK and The Legal 500, the firm provides expert legal services across a range of sectors, maintaining a reputation for excellence, integrity, and outstanding client care.The RoleAn opportunity has arisen for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join the firm's Employment Law team at Associate or Partner level. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, working with a broad client base while contributing to the development of the team.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a busy caseload of employment law matters, including contracts, policies, disputes, redundancies, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
  • Handling cases efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • Engaging in business development and networking activities.
  • Providing mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Upholding the firm's values of excellence, integrity, and approachability.

The CandidateThe ideal candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years' PQE in employment law, gained at a respected firm.
  • Hold at least a 2.1 degree and a strong academic background.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Be a team player with a strong reputation and work ethic.
  • Have experience mentoring junior colleagues and a passion for business development.
