Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established team in Wolverhampton, which consists of a highly experienced associate and a secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can manage their own files with minimal input and contribute to the smooth operation of the conveyancing process.

The successful candidate does not necessarily need to be a qualified solicitor; candidates with CILEX qualifications are also welcome to apply. The primary focus is on experience and the ability to handle a caseload independently, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process..

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Work independently to run files with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with the ability to handle transactions independently.
• CILEX qualification is desirable but not essential; experience is the key requirement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
