This role involves leading a team of software and test engineers to develop, implement, and maintain safety-critical systems up to SIL2. Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development.
• Experience in a leadership or senior developer role.
• Proficiency in C++ development.
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in developing safety-critical systems up to SIL2.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with version control systems (e.G., Git).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
