Job Title: Business Development Exec (Hybrid, up to £50k OTE!!!)

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 basic depending on experience + commission (OTE YEAR 1 - £45,000 - £50,000!!!)

Our client is a leading marketing agency specialising in SEO campaigns and consultancy. They partner with global brands to drive their SEO strategies forward. To further expand their reach with ecommerce and B2B businesses in the UK and Europe, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Executive to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a New Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our client. You will be responsible for winning new business and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. With comprehensive training in digital marketing and sales pitching techniques, you will represent our client, build relationships with prospects, and nurture these relationships to increase account value.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a sales pipeline, targeting client prospects in the B2B and ecommerce sectors.
Establish strategic partnerships with partner agencies to drive referral leads.
Attend industry events to network and generate awareness of our client's services among prospects and industry partners.
Utilise LinkedIn to engage target prospects and brands, showcasing the value of our client's offerings.
Collaborate with the delivery team to organise and host webinars relevant to fashion, retail, and ecommerce prospects.
Create persuasive pitch decks using PowerPoint and leverage SEO tools for insights.
Sell digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Strategy, and Analytics.
Utilise CRM and project management systems to manage your pipeline, client accounts, and deliverables.
Contribute to marketing initiatives by producing engaging content for the website and social media platforms.
Provide day-to-day client support, establishing effective communication channels and delivering relevant reporting metrics.
Research, pitch, and execute account business plans in collaboration with clients and technical teams.
Support the leadership team on international brand pitches.
Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to clients, identifying revenue growth opportunities.
Represent our client at networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Contribute creative ideas to optimise client delivery.
Recruit, motivate, and lead team members, providing guidance on client programmes and identifying training needs.Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a direct sales or targeted account management role.
Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with ease.
Excellent pitching and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and project/task organisation.
Experience in digital marketing, particularly SEO, is desirable but not essential.
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong account management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
Personable and positive nature, with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
