Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end joinery projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

* Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to deadlines and within budget.

* Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project completion.

* Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.

* Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.

* Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.

* Address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and implement solutions promptly.

Skills and Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the joinery or woodworking industry.

* Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and construction techniques.

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Valid relevant certifications, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, etc.
