A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Night Auditor to join our highly successful and award-winning team on a part time basis. (shift patterns will predominantly be 2 nights per week Saturday & Sunday).
Reporting to the Night Manager in this busy hotel; your position is a key contributor to the hotels' success - responsible for ensuring internal controls are kept to the highest standard, analysing all revenue streams into the hotel and maintaining effective controls over the reporting of the hotel's income.

The ideal applicant will have a rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail, exceptional communication skills and an analytical approach and creativity in problem resolution.
Ideally, you will have previous hotel experience in a front office or reception role, fantastic MS excel skills and knowledge of operations audit.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring that all systems are balanced and ready for the night run including mini-bar, telephones and all other revenue.
- Checking all adjustments, allowances and credit card refunds for appropriateness and back up.
- Checking Front of House city ledger invoices and backups.
- Reconciling Credit Card Systems.
- Analysing credit risk report
- Assisting with checking in and our guests during the night time hours.
