About the Teaching Assistant Role:

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a vibrant Key Stage 1 classroom? We are seeking an enthusiastic TA to support young learners in their academic and personal development. This role focuses on booster sessions and interventions, helping children catch up on core subjects and build confidence in their learning.

You will work closely with the class teacher, providing one-to-one support and small group interventions, particularly in literacy and numeracy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, ensuring that all children thrive in their learning environment.

Applicants Should:

• Have experience working in a Key Stage 1 setting or supporting young learners

• Be confident in delivering booster sessions and interventions in literacy and numeracy

• Have a patient, caring, and encouraging approach to supporting children's learning

• Be able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
