Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer
Location: Sunderland, Tyne & Wear
Salary/Benefits: £26k - £48k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a hardworking and experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer, ideally from a strong water treatment background. Duties are varied and so candidates who have extensive and thorough industry knowledge would be well suited to this role. Our Client is a well-respected name in the Commissioning / Water Treatment Industry and can offer excellent packages and training.

Our Client can consider candidates in the following locations: Sunderland, Consett, Durham, Peterlee, Hartlepool, Middlesborough, Redcar, Guisborough, Darlington, Spennymoor, Houghton le Spring, Newton Aycliffe, Bishop Auckland, Prudhoe, Hexham, Barnard Castle, Stokesley, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Whitley Bay, Ashington, Amble, Alnmouth.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold experience working as a Pre Commissioning Engineer for a Water Treatment company
- Will require strong industry and technical knowledge, including BSRIA and ACOP L8 guidelines
- Excellent written and IT experience and skillset
- Flexibility to travel as per company requirements

The Role:
- Undertaking a mix of Pre-Commissioning and Water Treatment duties, including: Flushing to BSRIA standards, Dosing of CHW & LTHW systems and Pipe Filtration
- Checks on flow rates, and chemical levels on systems
- Biocide washes and biocide washes
- Writing detailed technical and project reports and updating site logbooks
- Servicing a mixed portfolio of Client sites and travelling as per company requirements
