Are you a Maintenance Administrator or similar with a background handling Engineers or Subcontractors looking for the opportunity to join a company undertaking massive growth, who offer excellent progression, extensive training and the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after probation?

This company offer Install and Maintenance services across HVAC, Electrical and Gas systems for their blue chip client base. Currently due to a period of growth, they are expanding their diverse office team, to support the smooth communication across the business and their client base.

In this role you will work as part of the operations team, to help support the Engineering department and smooth operation of internal business communication. You will create schedules for Maintenance Engineers, deal with both Clients and Engineers reporting issues by Email or Phone and apply your own initiative to solve problems when possible, and escalating to senior members of the team when necessary.

This role will be suited to a Maintenance Administrator or similar with a background handling Engineers and creating schedules, looking for a position with a company that offer a Monday to Friday role, with excellent progression opportunities as they continue their growth.

The Role:
* Organising and scheduling engineers and technicians diaries
* Process billing and invoice notes
* Communicate with Engineering Teams
* Computer literate

The Person:
* Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar
* Background in scheduling or planning
* Commutable to Salford
