This Cambridge-based innovator has pioneered the UK's first AI-powered health clinic, designed to deliver personalized, and accessible treatment pathways through a fully digital experience. The organization collaborates closely with healthcare providers such as the NHS to streamline care and reduce wait times, offering patients a faster recovery route without needing in-person visits.
 
We are seeking a junior or middleweight product designer to join the company's ranks and help lay some of the core design foundations for the company's flagship application. Design is something that this company is passionate about and something they consider to be at the core of a lot of their decisions.
 
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback.
Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all products by adhering to and contributing to the design system.
Present design solutions to team members and stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in product design or a related role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing your design work, including problem-solving processes and final outputs.
