What you'll be doing:

• Plan and schedule cleaning operations, including deep cleans, for the Lonza Facility
  
• Manage resources and staff to maintain GMP standards and ensure quality compliance
  
• Train, coach, and develop cleaning staff while promoting best practices
  
• Oversee daily cleaning activities, review logbooks, and ensure adherence to SOPs
  
• Conduct weekly equipment checks and report defects to the Soft Services Manager
  
• Participate in EHS culture, report incidents, and attend required training sessions
  
• Liaise with team members, Veolia Management, and Lonza employees to ensure smooth operations
  

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols in a pharmaceutical or healthcare facility
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
  
• Attention to detail and organisational skills
  
• Experience with quality assurance processes and environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
