In this role, you'll design and implement bespoke systems solutions, integrate workflows, and ensure optimal functionality across our data-driven platforms. You'll also play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives, helping us stay ahead in a competitive market.

Skills required for the Systems Developer:

Proven experience as a Systems Developer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.

Proficiency in programming languages and web development (front and back-end).

Experience in end-to-end process improvement and design.

Knowledge of C# and continuous improvement practices.

Confident and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and engage stakeholders.

Efficient organisational and communication skills.

Ideally HND-qualified in IT or Computer Science.
